To ensure your glove reaches us safely and returns to you without delay, please follow this guide for sending your glove and managing shipping payment:
1. Secure Packaging: Once your service is confirmed, carefully prepare your glove for shipment. Place it in a sturdy box or a well-padded envelope. Ensure the packaging is robust enough to protect the glove from impact and moisture during transit. Securely seal the package to prevent accidental opening.
2. Include Essential Information: Inside the package, always include a clear note with your full name, return shipping address, email address, and phone number. If you have any specific requests regarding the service (e.g., preferred lace color, special break-in instructions), include these details in your note as well.
3. Shipping Your Glove: You are responsible for the cost of shipping your glove to our workshop. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method (such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx). This provides peace of mind by allowing you to monitor your package's journey and offers protection in case of loss or damage. Our precise shipping address will be provided to you once your service request is confirmed. Alternatively, local drop-off and pick-up services are available if you are within our local service area.
4. Return Shipping Payment: The cost of return shipping will be included into your service. This ensures that once your glove is meticulously restored, it can be promptly sent back to you.
